Flat-rate Tax Systems Predicted to Benefit the Wealthy

Just think for a moment what a 30% flat rate sales tax would do to your grocery bill, or purchasing a car or a house.  Pretty scary?   The 30% sales tax is what Republicans who oppose the IRS want to use as a substitute for income taxes.   It’s a plan to benefit the rich, not just in Wisconsin but everywhere.
