Elaine Luria — Country over party.

By October 27, 2022No Comments

Navy Veteran Elaine Luria represents the Virginia Beach area, a congressional district whose heart and soul revolves around the Navy.  Just like when she pledged to defend the Constitution when she started at the U.S. Naval Academy, she has sworn again to protect the Constitution as a Member of Congress.  Luria has kept that promise, now serving on the January 6th Committee investigating the January 6th insurrection.

Luria’s opponent Jen Kiggins, also a Navy veteran, has been dodging questions about whether she thinks Biden won the election.  She also evades questions about the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol, loyalty to the Constitution, and the separate topic of abortion.  What she likes to talk about is the economy.

The U.S. economy returned to growth this quarter, and Democrats have done a lot to push back on inflation — lowering medical costs in Medicare, reducing premiums on the Affordable Care Act, giving Social Security a serious increase, and laying the way for more good jobs.

But we’re wondering?  How can Kiggins be a serious candidate when as a Navy veteran, she doesn’t prioritize the U.S. Constitution and won’t admit that Biden won the election fair and square?  What will she do on these challenging issues if she should be elected?  Say “SURPRISE!” when she votes, yeah or nay?
