Our prediction: Once again the debt ceiling talks will find bits and pieces of compromise, and the U.S. and the Worldwide economies will not be thrown into shambles. This means that a motley group of Democrats and Republicans will move us forward, and at the same time, cut select vital programs, i.e., feeding hungry people, helping farmers adjust to new farming practices, and more. They will also avoid tackling the “elephant” in the room, i.e., the Trump Tax Cuts for the rich! which cost us $3.2 Billion in income for these vital programs every year.
