Senate Ag Committee Debbie Stabenow said, “The President’s very interested in getting a bipartisan farm bill and just wants to have an opportunity to touch base.”  Stabenow (D-MI), Senator John Boozman (R-Ark) — top Republican on the Senate Ag Committee, House Ag Chair G.T. Thompson (R-PA), Rep. David Scott (D-GA) — top Democrat on the House Ag Committee, and Secretary Tom Vilsack have all been invited by President Biden to the White House meeting.

Reportedly, Vilsack has said he wants a Farm Bill for “the many and the most.”
