China/Russia Disinformation is Dangerous

PREVIEW:  The State Department warns that Western Allies, including the U.S., have underestimated how China and Russia invest, collaborate, and reinforce each other’s propaganda. “Moscow and Beijing have made an ongoing “echo chamber” and “feedback loop” for spreading false narratives about Russia’s (unprovoked) continuing attack on Ukraine.
