Feeding the World — What can be done

For a short course on feeding the World, we suggest  reading Foreign Policy magazine’s Fall Edition, which dives in by proclaiming, “We Can Feed the World.”

As a meat-lover, I have never quite understood the idea behind plant-based proteins, but this article —Plant-Based Proteins Are Too Expensive has a new twist on the subject.  Whether an ag producer or a town person, you’ll find articles of interest, including about ancient grains, mushrooms, Africa’s need for fertilizer, and even a map that shows how appetites across the World are changing.
