Voters in California, Kentucky, Vermont, and possibly Michigan will decide on constitutional amendments related to abortion. All voters in every state will decide whether to elect Members of Congress who support women’s freedom to decide their own healthcare or whether they prefer the government to make healthcare decisions for women.
