As part of the Biden-Harris Administration’s efforts to provide reliable, fast internet to people living in small towns and rural areas, the USDA is reopening applications to their ReConnect program. Rural Development Under Secretary Xochitl Torres Small told reporters:

“Rural people provide the everyday essentials that America depends on. The Biden-Harris administration wants to make sure that all rural places and people have access to high-speed internet service.”
