Julie Gammack is an Iowa native and the organizer of Julie Gammack Productions. She is the creator of the Okoboji Writers Retreat, the Midwest’s premier event for those interested in developing writing skills and making connections in the publishing industry. She was formerly Chair for Vistage World Wide International, where she won the Chair Excellence Award. She was previously a journalist for the Des Moines Register and Gannett and a talk-show host for WHO Radio. Gammack is the author of Julie Gammack’s Potluck, found on Slack and Facebook.
