Yes, FARM BILL: Massive legislation that will govern food policy for five years. The bill tackles many subjects, e.g., the challenges of hunger and health, rural development, food science related to nutrition and the best ways to grow crops, and farmers—family farmers, start-up farmers, ranchers vs. BIG AG. Crop insurance and building back the soil related in part to climate change are the two most important factors in the farm program. Rural development is another priority, e.g., getting broadband/high-speed Internet for rural populations, water systems, and other small towns’ needs.
