We need workers. We’ve got jobs, lots of jobs, \that no one is willing to do, Among them, at the meat packing plants, milking cows in the dairy industry, picking fruits and vegetables, and fixing the potholes on what was the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore. All six people who lost their lives were immigrants.
What we need is orderly systems that allow immigrants to obtain “green cards” to work legally. President Biden just started a new system to help non-citizens find their way to work legally.
