Republicans Afraid?

By November 7, 2022No Comments

All year, Republicans have fought to make it harder for people to register to vote.  They question eligibility.  They question whether birth certificates are authentic.  They shorten the days and hours to vote.  Their so-called “tough guys”  surround Ballot Boxes and flash their guns, trying to scare people away from voting.  At least we hope that it is “only scaring.”

The real question is, why are Republicans so very afraid of voters?

We have fought for this democracy many times and won.  We can do it again, but to do it again, we must stand together, look toward the future, and VOTE!!

Given the physical and verbal violence that continues to justify the attack on our democracy on January 6th, we believe the one way to stop this is to send a message that Republican behavior — behavior that justified the attack on the capitol, by self-named Proud Boys, QAnon, 3%ers, and Oathkeepers, and; the outrageous election-deniers, must stop.

VOTE BLUE all the way.  Some Democrats are terrific, and others certainly are not perfect, but for this year, we need a strong message to Republicans who daily try to tear our country apart.
