Reconciliation means the House and Senate have agreed on the bill’s details. With Pelosi enrolling the bill as final, she has sent it to the White House for President Joe Biden’s signature.
The vote on the bill in the Senate was split 50-50, with Vice President Kamala Harris casting the tie-breaking vote. All House Democrats in favor of the bill. Four House Republicans did not vote, and the remainder of the Republicans voted no.
